It has been an eventful year, full of firsts and lasts. My first meeting with The King, my last match as owner of Cornish Pirates.

Also highs and lows. Cornish Pirates highest ever standing, with second place in the Championship. And some lows, mostly about the Parkinsons but I’m still battling on.

In among the momentous occasions, much fun and happiness with friends, family and rugby folk.
