It is critically important to start and ramp up strenuous exercise the MOMENT you are diagnosed with Parkinsons.

I’ve shared info and videos about Jimmy Choi before – and below again for those who haven’t seen him.

You might think he is an exception to the rule. Absolutely not – he is just the most famous in the Parkinson’s community for what he does.

But he is not alone. All the medics and Parkinson’s specialists say the same. “Exercise is the magic medicine for Parkinsons”

I know this too. But I don’t do enough!!! I should have started a lot earlier. Right now I’m fighting my way back to walking but bad knees are getting in the way big time.

Anyway let’s have a look at Jimmy Choi… Remember this video? Its in my Top Ten Lists, on the first line!!!

This guy was diagnosed with Parkinson’s 21 years ago now and he went downhill first for seven years until a scare falling while holding his young son made him do something about his balance and walking.

Check him out now… the video below is a few years ago, but the one below that is only a year old! He’s breaking a world press-up record, check out the Instagram post to understand more.

Hope you’ve enjoyed these, and if you’re newly diagnosed with Parkinsons, get out there and exercise!
