SLEEP WELL 😴
See what I say in Dicky’s Diary about the importance of sleep to wellbeing generally, and to reducing your risk of dementia specifically. These sleep trackers and other products are high on my list of recommendations for your beauty sleep.
The trouble with Amazon is there are so many products. Are they any good? Do they have decent reviews and feedback? To save you time, I have been through and created a short list of best-sellers to help you relax and sleep well.

Love or loath Amazon, if you’re ordering online and haven’t got Amazon Prime then it’s really worth taking up the subscription. It should save you money and get you next day delivery most of the time. If you get your timing right, the 30-day free trial period could coincide with your Christmas shopping!
